Writing Prompt #5

Shout out to Bill for his excellent post about my imps and other shoulder inhabitants. Way to go!

For this week's writing prompt, I would like you to write a haiku for me. Not sure what a haiku is? Here are the basic rules:

• A haiku is three lines long

• The first and last lines are each five syllables

• The middle line is seven syllables long

• The lines don't have to rhyme

Pretty simple, right? Oh, and one more thing, your haiku should be about something nerdy or geeky.

Here's an example:

Time travel is fun

With a small blue box that is

Huge on the inside.

I'm only asking for three short lines of writing here, people. Put on your creative thinking caps! You can do this.
